We propose to implement value based care for Indian healthcare ecosystem in the place of current fee for service system. Value based healthcare system shall mean the implementation of care continuum, engaging in outcome-based payment, Enhancing patient experience and standardizing outcome and cost of care. By fulfilling these aims the clinical implications will be prevention of illness and early detection of illness, accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment to the patient at the right time, faster and complete recovery from the disease, fewer complications and recurrences.
